I feel amazing! Praise God!! Was this the answer to my pain for all of these years. I’m about to start physical therapy so I can work on getting my balance back. It is still a little challenging to bend over and squate. I have been dependent on my right side for so long and I need to strengthen my left side so that I’m well balanced.

I will be camping and hiking in Big Bend for Thanksgiving, as this is our Moreno family tradition. My surgeon recommends that I don’t hike out too far to the point that I won’t make it back. Lol.

This past week I have been able to work 13 hour shifts to my full capacity! I am not in significant pain following standing during rounds. I was able to intubate and place other invasive lines. YEEESSSSS!!!!!

Drugs: Today was just a lidocaine patch. Tylenol extra-strength works best, if needed. I have not required much narcotic, except occasionally at night. I no longer require muscle relaxants.
